Queens South Africa Medal to a Recipient in the Royal Army Medical Corps, medal with 3 clasps Cape Colony, Orange Free State and Transvaal, impressed naming, “13211 PTE W.G. CLEMENT R.A.M.C.”, edge bruise at 6 o’clock position. William George Clement from Holybourne in Hampshire attested for the Royal Army Medical Corps on 19th February 1900. Transferred to the Reserve on 18th February 1908 he was remobilised on 5th August 1914 serving until he transferred to Class Z Army Reserve on 4th February 1919. Medal and 3 clasps is confirmed ion the medal roll, he is also entitled to the Kings medal and a 1914 Star trio for his service in the Great War. Categories: Medals
